Frequently Asked Questions
Is Teams included in my Microsoft 365 subscription?
It depends on your contract. Following the agreement between Microsoft and the European Commission, Microsoft 365 and Office 365 suites are available both “with Teams” and “without Teams”, with Teams also available as a separate licence. We work with you to check exactly what your current subscription includes.
Can Teams replace your business phone system?
Yes, with Teams Phone. Depending on your setup, calls can be made using a Microsoft calling plan or through your existing operator viaDirect Routing. We work with you to retain your existing numbers, set up your phone system and call queues, and ensure a seamlesstransition without service disruption.
Is Copilot included in Teams?
No. Copilot can be added to an eligible Microsoft 365 subscription, either as an add-on or as part of a bundled offering. Some AI features depend on the licence selected, so we work with you to determine what is genuinely relevant to your needs. Microsoft Copilot licensing options
Can You Work with People Outside Your Organisation?
Yes. Teams allows you to invite external participants to meetings, grant guest access to a team, or create shared channels across multiple organisations. Each level of access can be configured in detail, which we define with you according to your needs.
How can you prevent Teams from becoming unmanageable?
That is the real challenge when deploying Teams. Without a clear framework, teams and channels multiply, making information difficult tofind again. We define the structure upfront, including teams, channels, naming conventions, lifecycle and archiving, before rolling out theplatform to everyone.
Does Teams connect to Business Central?
