The digitally readable QR-bill replaces all inpayment slips used in Switzerland to date. From 30 June 2020, you should be seeing more and more of them in your letterbox.

eBill : Simply pay
With eBill, you no longer receive your bills by post or e-mail, but in digital format directly into your e-banking system. So you receive your bills directly where you pay them.

La QR-facture modernise le trafic des paiements suisses. Frome june 30th 2020, It will be put into circulation and will replace the current payment slips after a transitional phase that has yet to be defined. The QR-bill consists of a payment section and a receipt. The Swiss QR Code contains all the important information required for automatic and efficient payment and accounting.

Three payment possibilites with QR-Bill
Mobile banking
Open the mobile banking app on your smartphone, scan the Swiss QR Code using the QR code reading function, then trigger payment with the tip of your finger.
e-banking
Open e-banking, scan the Swiss QR Code using the QR Code Reader or your PC’s camera, then trigger payment with a single click.
Post Office
The QR-bill works in the same way as an existing payment slip and can be paid either at the counter of a Post Office branch, at a partner branch or by means of a payment order sent to the bank in an envelope with just one click.
Of course, handling is just as quick and easy with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Update to ensure that QR-bills are actually paid.

The QR-Bill quickly explained
- Like the payment slip used up to now, the QR-bill is divided into two parts – the receipt and the invoice. (1) and the payment section (2).
- The Swiss QR Code contains all the information you need for billing and payment. Thanks to perforation
- Thanks to perforation (4), you can easily detach the payment section with the receipt and pay the bill at the post office as you did before. You can also send it by post to your bank with a payment order.
What should I do if I receive a QR-bill without an amount or without my name and address?
Simply enter the missing data manually.
