General information and versions

Accident reports in KLE

SwissSalary has succeeded in implementing many new features in the KLE area, such as electronic accident declarations that can be made directly from SwissSalary. Additional filter options, adjustments to the daily allowance statement, the integration of the deduction for hospital stays and a new summary for incapacity for work are just some of the new features. Find out more about the new integration via SwissSalary Direct!

Modern Client (browser)

With SwissSalary 365®, our Cloud customers can now insert documents directly into the employee’s Personal Folder using drag and drop. This is a new, highly practical way of simplifying day-to-day work with SwissSalary. With Cloud Connector, you, as the customer, can make salary changes in the cloud. However, the financial accounting remains available on site, on an installed version. At the same time, COFI values are continuously transmitted and synchronised. Moving to the Cloud is just one more step in making your job easier!

TimeMachine

TimeMachine offers our customers the possibility of making retroactive and anticipatory entries. SwissSalary has modernised the design of TimeMachine to make it more user-friendly. TimeMachine has been developed more intelligently so that related fields can be modified in a unique and clear way.

QR invoice

As you are no doubt aware, a number of changes are currently taking place in Switzerland with regard to payment transactions. You can now work with the QR invoice in SwissSalary and enter the appropriate QR IBAN and QR reference in your employees’ staff banks.

Contacts

A new table has been created for contacts. This will make it easier for you to edit and modify registered contacts (and insurance information) in the future. Existing contacts will be transferred automatically.

External lock

The reversal lock will be activated if a payment file has already been created for a salary run. If unposted salary processing is still to be reversed, the reversal lock must first be deactivated. This function has been integrated into salary processing, under ‘Actions’.

Absence entitlements

If a month other than January appears in the Absence entitlements, under Entitlements in the calculation month, that month is used as the starting point for the leave credit. This feature is required in particular for apprentices whose contract year begins in August and ends in July of the following year.

Others

A number of minor changes have been made, including the correct display of client names on reports outside SwissSalary, the use of SmartPort with web services and the import of external data into the open interface using the social security number instead of the employee number. The new PTR number can continue to be stored in the salary master data with alphanumeric values.

SwissSalary EasyRapport (spring edition)

The update includes many customer requests that have now been fulfilled, as well as new developments! We’re delighted to introduce you to the new features and hope to lighten your workload in the process.

Holiday credit

In SwissSalary EasyRapport, the leave credit from absence entitlements for each employee is displayed every January 1. SwissSalary now takes into account any leave dates already set on this date and reduces the leave credit displayed on a pro rata basis.

Ceiling on Group Title

A ceiling can now be entered on Group Titles. If a maximum of 6 hours is entered on the ‘Absences’ line, no more than a maximum of 6 hours can be entered on all absences.

New columns for groups

In EasyReport groups, the columns ‘Debit cost account’, ‘Debit cost account’, ‘Project tasks’ or ‘Project no.’ can now be displayed. This means that a dimension in a group row can be assigned directly to the ‘row’ report type, and only to that report type.

minor bug fixes and security updates.

SwissSalary Direct (Spring edition)

SwissSalary Direct® is now even more secure and contains a large number of customer wishes. We are delighted to present them to you and hope to make your life easier.

Accident reports in KLE

SwissSalary is delighted to have reached a new milestone with the implementation of KLE. With this update, employees can now complete accident reports themselves in SwissSalary Direct, transfer documents and send all the required information directly to SwissSalary in fully digital form. This is a key step towards fast, secure and paperless accident reporting.

2-factor authentication with authenticator

With the ‘Advanced’ range of functions, you can set up 2-factor authentication in SwissSalary Direct. Until now, this was only possible via SMS. Now you can also use all the usual authenticators (e.g. Microsoft and Google Authenticator) or the password manager. This goes a long way towards ensuring the security of your employees’ data.

Authentification à facteurs multiples (MFA)

Disable printing

For employees who do not wish to register for SwissSalary Direct®, it is now possible to deactivate the printing of SwissSalary Direct® information on the employee file, directly in SwissSalary. This is a frequent request from clients.

SwissSalary Budget

Upgrade 5059.000

With the SwissSalary Budget® module, you can create a salary budget in FTE and/or in amounts, as well as calculating forecasts. Different versions can be created for each budget and each forecast. You can also compare MANDATORY and ACTUAL figures in an assessment and identify discrepancies.

Salary components

Using ‘Import salary/salary increase’, the new ‘Salary item filter’ field is now available. In this field, you can enter the types of salary that are to be transferred from the budget to the salary. The salary elements entered can then be transferred to SwissSalary.

Various improvements

SwissSalary was able to generate many minor adjustments and improvements and incorporate them into SwissSalary Budget thanks to customer feedback and day-to-day work.

Enjoy all these new features!
