The invoice is automatically saved and sent to the relevant approver for approval. Approval is available at any time both in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and via a web browser, at the approver’s convenience.
Once approved, the document will be ready to be validated in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central without any manual interference. When the invoice is displayed, all the information can be retrieved from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
